While visiting my local Fry's Electronics last week (Palo Alto, California), I was surprised to see that they are now selling a small selection of Japanese import video games/accessories. They had somewhere around 10 different Nintendo DS games, plus a number of accessories for most of the current systems.
Included in those 10 titles were two Naruto games: Shinobi Retsuden and Saikyou Ninja Daikesshuu 4. They also seem to have added (or possibly moved), a fair sized manga selection to the video game department -- which includes some of the Naruto graphic novels.

Fry's is ok for imports but Little Tokyo in CA is a much better to get import on DVD's, CD;s, and Video games.
