Further Information on the highly anticipated 1st Naruto Shippuuden movie has been revealed! This will be the fourth Naruto movie in all, and was first announced alongside the Shippuuden TV series, in Shonen Jump Weekly.



A new trailer has begun airing on TV in Japan showing a much more detailed (and surprising) look into the movie. The teaser shows, or at least makes it look like..........Naruto dies.

Naruto can be seen confronting what looks to be, the entire Akatsuki Organization in the first few frames of the trailer.

"This boy's fate has been foreseen"
"His final breath"
Cuts away to a grave with Naruto's headband on it.

So much for Kakashi Gaiden <_>. Darn it.
But awe shit. That quick teaser was kick ass. It did look to be Akatsuki or could be another group. But the film gets a major plus to use actual series characters instead of generated antagonists like the other films. From what we can see, there is 9 (or 10?) members visible and the Akatsuki at this point in time in the Anime there is 9 members, and in the Manga there is 7 so it is a really good chance it is the Akatsuki unless there is actually 10 members in this film blowing this whole theory to pieces. Now my verdict is that this will be a re telling of the story, changing it from the Anime. Seeing as there is 9 members, this means that Sasori is not dead or he is replaced by the other Akatsuki member meaning that this might take place either during the scenario of Naruto trying to get Gaara back from the Akatsuki or afterwards. So perhaps, like the real story of *spoilers to Anime watchers, highlight if you want*:
Naruto successfully getting Gaara back, Sasori being killed by Sakura and Chiyo and Tobi replacing his Akatsuki position. And then Naruto meets Sai and Yamato.
Instead, Naruto is killed in the process of trying to save Gaara.

You see, I been told everyone that Naruto was going to die way before the info on Shippuden 1st movie was release. They're doing this just to boost sales on Naruto products. Every main character has to die sometime. Goku & Yusuke are perfect examples. But don't worry, Naruto would be revive by some mystical means since he is the main character after all.

It's more of a personal grudge against two friends of mine whom won't even bother trying to read One Piece at my recomendation but think Naruto is the greatest thing ever since Jesus walked the earth. I like Naruto, I find it fairly entertaining, but it isn't the culmuniation of Anime/Manga brought to it's greatest level. Death Note, maybe, but not Naruto.
And I kinda stopped reading Naurto around Volume 7, for whatever reason. Rest assured Kakashi will always be my fondest memory.

Thats fair enough, but walking in and giving the series the finger and a death wish is just childish. It's alright if you don't enjoy the series, each to their own opinion. But what you said is a bit, harsh.
