As I've mentioned before, CyberConnect2 is currently developing a new game in the Narutimate/Ultimate Ninja game series; Naruto Shippuuden: Narutimate Accel. Which will feature characters in their post-time skip forms. However, I've just learned that part 1 characters will also be included in the game. In other words, pre-time skip and post-time skip characters we be available (and can be played against each other). It seems that the complete character selection from Narutimate Hero 3 will be available as an addition to the new/updated characters from Naruto Shippuuden.

GNT EX is not an expansion pack. It's the start of a new line of games and each character has new combos and specials.

1. Yes. He quite clearly said that ALL of the old characters from the previous games will be in it.
2. I assume you mean "Four-Tailed Naruto"; there can't be a "Four-Tailed Kyuubi", because...Kyuubi literally translates as "Nine-Tails". And probably not, because Yonbi (Four-Tail) Naruto doesn't appear until a good while in the Shippuuden series. My guess is that this game probably won't have Sasori (true form), or if they do have him, that that's the farthest it goes. Shippuuden has only gotten to about the middle of the "Deidara vs. Gaara" fight, which means that Sasori's fight is probably a dozen or so episodes away. I guess if you compare that to Accel's release date...you have your answer. I don't know Accel's release date, but from what I've seen of it, I doubt it extends past Sasori's fight.
3. Probably not. Like I said, this game'll probably not extend past Sasori's fight.
4. Kisame has been available since the second game in this series (Narutimate Hero 2/Ultimate Ninja 2). There've been three games before Accel, so Accel is the fourth, making this the third game to feature Kisame. Of course, Kisame has also been in the Gekitou Ninja Taisen series (the fourth one).
5. Like I said: maybe, maybe not.
6. Probably not. She's not really important or popular enough. She basically got less time in the series than even the Sound 3, and they were never put in I think (despite being quite a bit more popular). I can kind of see it happening, but probably not.
7. ...You answered your own question, apparently. And apparently, you're either stupid or looking to get flamed, or you don't like Naruto. Accel is going to own you up the ass. It's going to own everything up the ass. It's a manifestation of all that is "owninguptheassness". It's going to be the best game in the best series of Naruto games, which is a pretty popular fighter and it's my favorite, personally. There's no logical explanation for hating Accel, unless you hate the Naruto series. It just...doesn't work. It's the very definition of "self-contradictory".

"Expansion packs" don't generally upgrade the combat system in multiple ways + different game modes, so I wouldn't. =/
