14 Wave!

14th Wave of updates is complete! Throughout the past month they've been added to the site -- 30 updates in 30 days. Of course, not all of our updates are recorded in the "Latest Addition" window -- as some things (which are just as important) happen behind the scenes, and don't require advertisements. And just to be clear, what's listed in that window isn't always considered part of a wave. For example, I'll often update press releases several times a month --- making several entries in the latest additions window. This would only count as 1 update (if anything) in a wave.
For those unaware, I'm in a middle of a move to New Zealand. I currently live in California, but in just a few weeks me and my family will be all packed up and on the other side of the world. Of course, this means I'll be completely swamped with work to do to get ready for the move. In fact, I already am, and have been doing lots of packing for the past 2-3 months.
This'll be my last whole month that I can do updates for the site before I move to a relatives. Once there, we'll all be without internet (ohhh noo), and thus no site updates. Then a little after x-mas, we'll be off to New Zealand.

NEW ZELAND!? I don't know wether to be envious or empathetic for you. I guess it all depends on how you feel about moving

so will you start updating again like in late Jan. or feb. or are the sites going to die or will they stay on just not updated?

The site wont be the same with out you.
So is any other Adm going to take over and do the news for the site while your gone?

I might get someone to post news while I'm unable to --- I'm still not sure about that.
None of the websites will be dieing anytime soon. None of them are hosted in my house, so even if I move or don't have internet, they'll continue to run.
Updates will resume as soon as I have get my computer setup in New Zealand with an internet connection. I'll probably move over a bunch of files onto my laptop, so all I'll need to do is find somewhere with an internet connection to update.
It's hard to know, but late January-ish does sound like when I should be able to start updating.
I'm actually very excited about moving to New Zealand. There's a lot of great things about living there that I know me and my family all look forward to.

Its a cool place to live but I love CA too much to move there right now. But I hope you like your new house and new country.
