Naruto Anime Birthday

Today marks the fourth anniversary of the original Japanese Naruto anime series! In only four years time Naruto has become one of the most popular and well known animes around. Still going strong, Naruto has already hit the 200 episode marker in a fairly short amount of time. Coming close to the amount of episodes shows like "The Simpsons" have (which has been in production for more than 3 times as long).

On this day four years ago, the very first episode of Naruto aired accross Japanese telivisions. Since then, in these 200+ episodes we're able to follow the adventures of Naruto and his friends. Not only does he (and the people around him) grow emotionally, but physically as well. The animators have done a fantastic job on aging the characters in a way that isn't noticeable until you look back on an older episode:

Well unlike the Simpsons they are filled with stupid fillers (75 Filler eps in a row and counting)
But yeah for Naruto and I hope they stop with the Fillers soon an Move on to book 2 soon.
