According to a recent post on
ICv2, Bandai Collectible Games is preparing to launch the Coils of the Snake Expansion for the Naruto CCG exclusively in the hobby on July 28th. With launch events right around the corner Bandai wants to make sure that any and all hobby stores able to hold a sanctioned launch event can do so.

Bandai will ship a Coils of the Snake Launch Kit free to every hobby retailer scheduling a Launch Event in the next two weeks. The kit will contain an exclusive Japanese Alternate Language version of the Series #2 Ninja (N-075) "Giant Snake" card as well as a t-shirt depicting the card for the winner of the event.
Bandai will also send July/August tournament kits to all hobby stores who schedule tournaments during these months. These tournament kits contain four new exclusive promo cards (two Japanese alternate language cards, one Series #3 preview card, and an exclusive Kakashi promo card), as well as four different play mats for weekly winners. New tournament kits will be available every two months.
