The MFG Gallery

As some of you may have noticed, the MFG gallery is currently nowhere near as fast as it was originally (post-imagefolio to MFG Gallery switch).

The reason for this is simple: We've added too many images!

Not to worry. We're busy re-writing the code for the gallery so it'll be even faster than it was when it first launched.

Until that's finished, be patient and keep a look out for the new images we'll be posting here every Monday in the MSU.

Didn't notice there Sharky but that's awesome to hear we have that many images. Weren't you saying somewhere that MFG has one of the most extensive Anime related galleries on the net at the moment? If I remember right, how close are we to number 1?

Everyone also likes it here because Sharky uses the DVDs and not fansubs or RAWs. Sharky your the best for images.

MFG has the largest DBZ gallery on the web by far. It might also be the largest Naruto gallery. Sharky would know for sure.

We're also pretty close to be the large anime gallery. I think we're probably in the #2 spot at the moment.

About half of their images are user-uploaded, many of which don't even have anything to do anime.

Oh, and even if they did, the MFG gallery is still larger than theirs. I think they're probably #3 overall.

I'm pretty sure we have the largest Naruto image gallery -- but I'd like to look around a bit more before I can say that with any confidence.

What I do know is the images out there are about 80-90% fan art, and 10-20% screenshots of AonE/DB fansubs (half the time you can see the subtitles still there LOL).
