I like them...cuz' I wrote them. Ace requested a new ranks list and wanted it to remain true to DBZ for various reasons so I came along and whipped that up. What you see is my second and final draft. I did the best I good to come up with as many unique and interesting ranks while not straying far from what's known well in the series. Ace also wanted to add on Heavenly Caste stuff, thus explaining the last 6 ranks.
Also, I don't know what they went with for the post count requirements, but I highly doubt Kaioshin is high above 10,000. Everything in-between is something of a mystery to me though. I'm just glad to have landed on Final Warrior, because Ultimate Gohan is awesome.

You're doing fine Clear Delusion. You haven't spammed as far as I've been able to tell. It is kind of funny because you remind me of myself when I first joined in 2004. I wanted a higher rank, but not by pointlessly posting. You've got a good strategy going for you.

These ranks are, pretty much, great. I'm glad Ace decided to stick with DragonBall related names because I'm not into Bleach or Naruto. At all.

The highest rank you can achieve without making "special arrangements" is Kaioshin. We decided against listing the number of posts required for each level, partly because that's likely to change, although it's not a big secret or anything. I can tell you that for the higest level, you need 8601 posts. The number of posts between levels increases as you move from lower to higher levels.

We purposefully set the highest levels high enough that no current member will hit them. The idea is to have some room to grow over the next few months and years.

I did consider mixing in ranks from other animes, but in the end decided that it would probably be too confusing. Ideally, it would be nice if we could have several different rank lists, and members could choose which one they wanted to use. However, CS doesn't work that way, so it would require some coding to make that happen....

But... About the new Ranks.
They are cool. Duo you made a great job writing this. I respect that.
I only think there are 2 much high post ranks.
I'm in the top 200 posters, but my rank is only 8 [Saiyan Warrior]. That means there are 22 ranks above me, but max. only 199 members above me.
I don't even know how many members don't have so much posts then me, but there only have 7 ranks bellow mine. I don't have a problem that there are so many ranks above me, but i would sugest to make more ranks for members with less posts. it would be very good, to somehow calculate the middle between the users and the posts they posted. For example An averige members posted 500 posts [but for example don't calculate members with less then 100 posts, because they are not very active]. and they you make 15 ranks bellow that number and 20 above. but you must keep this updated, because members post more and more with every day. I hope you just get my idea. This all was just a little flash of a idea in my mind, so it's not much of a help too you.

The ranks are in such a way that its easier to get to higher levels but then starts to get incrementally get harder as you move up. like Ace said these are likely to change as we see how the new ranks move along
