^Well on the anime/GT we see almost as many Kia's as Andriods since they show the 4 galaxy Kia's, the Grand Kia, he 4 Supreme Kia's and the Super Surpreme Kia plus old Kia. While you see Cell, 8, 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20 plus Super 17.

Besides those Kais, I don't think there are any others. But with Androids, any scientist on Earth could make one, making it a more common race.
