Default Jakks dropping DBZ license ... is this the end?

You read the title correctly! Strait from Jakks Pacific, they have recently verified that this will definately be their last year, 2007, with the DragonBall Z toy license.
Read more here: The End of Jakks
*Haha, Jakks is saying that it will be hard for anyone to make better figures then them. *sigh*...please!
So here are some questions you can answer over on our forum if you are bored and want something to do: Who do you think will pick up the license? Which company would you prefer to continue this run? Will they be able to fulfill the list of never before made figures that Irwin & Jakks failed to do?
I'm surprised nothing was mentioned about this subject earlier then now, but then again I have been called the Action Figure guru! It is almost a week old news, but I figured I'd share what I shared with other.

Except for video games, DBZ anything is rare in the UK. So, I'm not bothered, I'll admit, Jakks figures didn't look that great.

Woo ho! Party time!
I wonder who would make new dbz figures, if anyone even wants to. I would like to see dbz figures still be made.

I think the toys have been dead for a long time now. I have not brought one in over 5 years.

Irwin toy was far better for making figures, with every new series came all new figures with brand new molds etc.

but jakks pacific realy did take the mic with these figures. how many gokus and vegetas was released? i wouldnt mind if they was differnt molds in differnt clothes. e.g. a goku in his yardrat outfit other then the orange outfit they used again and again and again.

but i will give them credit for the upcoming figures, frieza, kingcold, saiyan saga vegeta. i will be buying all the new series ^_^
