1) Why does Brolly have 3 forms and one on thems not even SS1 (not buff)
2) theres like 8 gohans and 8 Goku's
3) why are there 2 Roshi's???
4) Where's Ledgic, Cardinal Mutchy Mutchy, Nova, and Rilldo???
And why no Adult Gotenks??? (i mena they made Radtiz as a Ape why not a fake character form that we want?)

... because the character design for Raditz as an Oozaru is thinkable, which the character design for teen Gotenks is not.

umm they made a fusion of Tien and Yamcha so they can age the kid Gotenks...its easy plus Im pretty sure many people (like me) would LOVE to be Gotenks as a teen/adult.
They need more characters like that and less characters that no one cares about....like ape forms of syains like Radtiz and Nappa even if there no even fan favorites.

The character Gotenks was designed to act like how he did; a child. I have no doubt in my mind that if a Teenage Gotenks were to come about, it would completely be different from the original Gotenks. However, many GT characters are missing due to the fact that GT has a low fan base and so very few people would be familiar with names such as General Rildo.
Broly has three forms because he demonstrates three forms: His normal, Controlled Ssj and his Lssj form; normal Ssj is shown in the second Broly movie which would be redundant to include though I would have liked to see it be in there instead of Mind controlled...but you know, too many Super Saiyans already. Master Roshi himself shows in Dragonball his muscular form, so hence it'd be included.

Kiwi's in the game why not Rildo most real fans know at least Ridlo is...But I want Legic he's one of my favorites from GT same with Nova.
And was Radtiz made to be a ape in the seis NO but they added just to add another character and I would hope you rather have an Adult Gotenks than another Ape with the smae moves as 5 other apes.....

we don't know that he will have the same moves, It's a pretty good assumtion, but we can't be sure.
only thing that conserns me is that i saw one of the early clips (around the time E3 was out) and it clearly showed Goku transforming into SSJ Goku, but now it looks like it will take a Tenkiaichi turn of events. did they scrap transformations or something?

On this Tralier (

) it looks like some characters will turn into other forms but that MAY just be fromstory mode but some look like there durning a battle.

Wow, for being such big Dragon Ball Z fans you don't know much about the game do you?
Transformations are being carried out be either in-game or chosen. Spike decided to forfill both of what the fans wanted/liked and you have the option to either transform in battle or choose and stick to a desired form. So every character will be able to transform into their higher being in battle if you want to, if not you can choose what form you want.

I was a huge fan once. Yet I wish I didn't know who General Rildo is.
Actually,
most of the biggest Dragonball fans greatly dislike GT, so even though
you say a "true fan" would know him (which isn't necessarily true if
they just chose to dissassociate themselves with the series) it doesn't
change the previously stated fact that GT doesn't have a very large fan
base. Thus, they wouldn't spend time and money working on minor
characters from the said series.

Yes I hated the GT but charavters like Nova, Rildo and Legic ARE COOL!!1
One has the Power if Metal, one the Power to make weapons, and one that uses Fire, There my 3 favorites from GT.
There better than Big Roshi or another dam Monkey...who the hell cares about being Nappa as a Ape? I only want to be Vegta as Ape (not even SS Vegeta as a Ape)

Maybe they're just in it because they are characters from the series. Yes maybe they do have fans. And Nappa as an ape gives more excuses for giant monkeys throwing feces (chi) at each other.
