Here is some new info on Budokai 3!

- Tapion is in it & his sword is his special item
- Android 13 has two forms
- Gameplay is completely different from Budokai 2
- Baby Vegeta is in it
- All forms of Buu and all forms of Cell are in it
- Bojack's screw might be in it (uncertain)
- Tapion/Hildegarn is in it
- Goten can be played in teen and chibi form.
- Trunks has more than 3 outfits
- Multiple Ki blasts are combos (You cannot just press O)
- Saibamen & Cell Jr's are not in it
- Free flight depends on which mode you play
- There are more than 3 new modes.
- Dragon World is Dragon Road
