Many people have questions on Budokai 3 so here's some answers to those questions. Below are questions and answers that rang in the Dimps/Atara office.

Q: WILL THERE BE ANY MOVIE/GT CHARACTERS?
A: Yes, many movie characters have been added, and a few GT characters as well.

Q: WILL CHARACTERS SUFFER DAMAGE DURING BATTLE?
A: Yes, After a curtain amount of health is gone the character will suffer visual damage.

Q: WILL STORY MODE RETURN?
A: Yes, as well as 3 new modes

Q: WILL OOZARU BE AVAILABLE?
A: At a point in the story you will fight an Oozaru, but you wont become one.

Q: WILL TELEPORTATION BE AVAILABLE?
A: To a curtain extent yes.

Q: WILL THERE BE FREEFLIGHT?
A: Yes

Q: WILL GOKU OR VEGETA BE ABLE TO GO SS4?
A: Yes and so will Gogeta

Q: WHEN WILL IT BE RELEASED?
A: November for Europe and the second week of December for US

Q: WHICH CHARACTERS WILL BE LEFT OUT?
A: None, as a matter of fact all the old characters are coming back plus the new ones

Q: WILL ANY OF THE OLD LEVELS RETURN?
A: Yes, All of the levels from B2 will return as well as some from B1, Plus 12 More

Q: WILL THERE BE A TRAINING OR BUILD UP MODE?
A: Yes both

Q: WILL THE GRAPHICS BE 3-D OR CELL SHADED?
A: The graphics will remain the same as B2 but with some very nice tweaks to the levels and attacks

Q: HAVE THE AURAS CHANGED FROM THE LAST ONE?
A: Yes, Very Dramaticly

Q: CAN CHARACTERS BE CUSTOMIZED?
A: In one of the new modes called Dragon Road you can

Q: WILL CHARACTERS LIKE CELL, FRIEZA, AND BUU HAVE TRANSFORMATIONS?
A: Yes all three characters plus a few others will have all of there forms

Q: WILL ROSHI MAKE AN APPEARENCE?
A: Yes, in one of the new modes there will be a moment that you must play as Roshi

Q: WILL CAPSULES MAKE A RETURN?
A: Very much so

Q: WILL BABY HAVE A "BODY TAKE OVER" MOVE?
A: Yes, it will be kind of like Super Buu's Absorbtion move, but you will have to do a few things to pull it off

Q: IS VEGITO MAKING A RETURN OR BEING REPLACED?
A: Vegito will definitly be back

Q: WILL THERE BE A BEAM STRUGGLE (Cell Vs. Teen Gohan) TYPE ABILITY?
A: Yes, but I cant give to many details

Q: WILL THERE STILL BE THE WHAT-IF FUSIONS?
A: Yes, the what if fusions will be back plus a few new ones

Q: WILL BROLY ALWAYS BE IN HIS SUPER FORM?
A: No, he will start out normal like everyone else, And his transformation will only happen with enough energy, And it is a Great Cinematic!

Q: WILL THE REST OF GOKUS' FAMILY BE IN THIS ONE?
A: Yes

Q: CAN YOU TELL ME JUST ONE CHARACTER THAT HAS NOT BEEN SEEN THAT IS NEW?
A: Well I guess I could mention that King Vegeta will make an Appearence.

This news is from a reliable source but it has not been officially confirmed. Because this game is leaked out they now are being rushed to release it, so they might cut a lot of the characters that they had originally planned.

In other video game news, Budokais 1 and 2 are finally getting a (dual, one-disc) soundtrack release in Japan! On top of it being ridiculously cheap, it will also be coming with a bonus DVD that includes a music video for the Budokai 2 theme (possibly just the animation in the game), "classic game moments," and more! This soundtrack will be released in Sept 2004 (In Japan). When theres news on it coming to America i'll let you all know.
