You heard it here first we have decided to bring back clans to MFG forums. We have reached an activity level where we can re-instate clans.

We have a revised limit of 5 clans maximum at any more time and here are some provisional rules:

Requirements for Founding a Clan:

1) You must have been a member of MFG for at least 3 months.

2) You must have the approval of the Staff as a Clan Leader.

3) You must get at least three other MFG members prior to founding the Clan to support you as their Clan Leader.

Priviledges of a Clan Leader:

1) A Clan Leader is basically the person who founds the Clan. He can forfeit the title to another member of the Clan, if he so wishes.

2) The Clan has a separate sub-forum, optionally hidden from the rest of the forums. Only Staff members and members of the Clan can view it. The Clan Leader has Moderator powers and responsibilities on the Clan forum.

3) The Clan Leader is responsible for all things in the Clan, ranging from hierarchy to Clan activities, membership etc. He can appoint other Clan members to help him with as he sees fit.

General Clan Rules:

1) All forum rules are invalid in a Clan, except those the Leader poses. Double-posting, spamming, flaming are all allowed. The only thing that isn't allowed is posting porn,insulting or undermining staff (discussing and performing activities with the purpose of harming the forums in any way. see general forum rules)

2) In a Clan, all the regulations are set by the Clan Leader. If you break one of the rules, he may kick you out of the Clan, so think well before deciding to join a Clan.

Punxx and I will decide who gets a clans so for the time being PM me as I am heading up this project. And let me make it clear even if you meet the above requirements you might not be granted a clan.

And just a reminder the rules above are provisional and might and probably will change at some point.

There might be clan competitions where members of winning clans will get special privileges on the main board but that will come in the future.

No limit as of yet, so for all we care it can be anyone and everyone.
