Yo I had to wait 2 days for the admin to verify my account. Why?! It just wastes time, but I guess you guys had a lot of spammers though.

Well anyway this forum is tight and i've been on this site before how come you can't use the www.myfavoritegames.com/phpbb thingy anymore?

No the admin of this site had to verify my joining I had an email but it said, that the admin did not verify your account yet.

i think it is because there have been heaps of new members recently, and some old banned ones are trying to come in under different names so the admin are being cautious. Thats all.

i think it costed money, so they changed it to invision

Sorry it took me so long to approve your account. We had several spammers recently who were creating new accounts right after being banned. So I enabled admin approval for all new accounts for a few days, to give the spammers time to get bored and not come back.

We switched to Invision Power Board because it supports a lot of features -- like sub-forums and an improved admin interface -- that aren't available in phpBB.

This forum has been going through some changes.

Its been awhile since i have been here and i see some changes already.
We have some new mods and alot of newcomers.

The admins have probably been knee high in advancing the forum so dont sweat it.

yeah i have only been here a short time but th ere had been heaps of new guys (and gals) coming in recently. and as ace said before we have had lots of ppl coming in after bieng banned on other accounts so sorry for the trouble
