Go to your User CP and have a look. It only shows the most recent.

What, really? I've managed to accumulate 70 points and I don't think I've ever repped anyone... don't think I spam either :P

But it's pretty simple. Make funny posts and people will lulz and give rep. Often provisioning someone with what they're looking for (a quote from the manga or anime, a scan of a page, etc etc) can result in rep. And on a rare occasion, making a solid, intelligent and logical comment may earn you some rep. Very rarely.
