I've actually been thinking about this lately because of all the Yugioh card threads going around, and I came up with this.

Yugioh is a turn based game with a list of rules which are listed on the website Yugioh rules on How to play the Yu-gi-oh trading card game

Since this is a kids game, my idea was that we havea sub forum in the RPG section where people play the game with cards that they created, with limits set by a rule thread of course, and basically just kill time with taking turns at the game. Of course, you'd need to have an approved card deck and side deck, as well as your deck randomized by the list randomizer at http://www.random.org/lists/ . You simply type out the 54 cards you'll be using in list order, randomize it, and save both lists for future reference.

This game would also work out easier that the normal RPG section because winners and losers are easily determined, and the only stats that need to be recorded are wins and losses.

If you want to display it in Defense mode, simply put your card in paint and rotate it 90 degrees either direction.

Good idea, no?

Pretty good but it's a bit complicated. I mean, go to paint, rotate and stuff. Personally, I don't mind but I'm sure some users here don't even know how to rotate it.

However, when you cheat, no one notices. I'm pretty sure not everyone will be 100% honest in the game.

Plus if everyones making cards theres going to have to be a universal rule as you have things like this...

As you can see there the same thing "Vegeta", but with different attributes, stars, and defense/attack power.

I would say getting someone to make an official MFG set would be the best idea. Thought that kind of procedure would be extremely time consuming for that person.

We could set up a team, have 2-3 do DBZ, 2-3 do Naruto, 2-3 Bleach/Sonic/etc. However, volunteers would be necessary.

There should be a set team that makes the decks, hands them out, and is in charge of telling the players their next card when they draw (via PM or IM, whatever). That way, cheating is cut down drastically.
