Okay, I have two questions:

First of all, quite often when I use the quick reply feature and paste something into it, everything goes haywire. For example, the pasted text will not appear, but the cursor will move along the field as far as that text would, as if the text is invisible or white. Sometimes it rights itself, others it doesn't. If the page is refreshed, the screen will white out and only a flashing cursor bar is on screen. This is likely my connection, due to the current slow death of my computer, so if no one else has reported anything similar, then not to worry. Also, is it normal not to be able to copy from the reply box (quick and advanced) on a forum? I use a few others (not manga/anime, of course), but have never had the need to do this, so I'm not sure if it's normal.

Second, I was wondering how the site makes money. Not in personal terms, but I was just wondering whether it relies on hit counts? If I have 3 tabs open, will it count as 3 hits? Every time I navigate to a new page, will it also up the hit counter?

I will have to talk to Ace and see if he knows anything about it. Or maybe a more educated member might be able to tell you

As for the second question, It doesn't work like that I am sure that you ip address is logged into their database at that specific time so having three tabs open wouldn't add up too three times the payout...But that's an educated guess.

I wouldn't worry about the first one, it's relatively rare, and I'm fairly sure it's just me.

That makes more sense on the money thing, I was just wondering of my mega-tab habit had any uses.

I've seen some odd browser problems that can cause the type of freakiness that you described with copy and paste. Try using a different browser and see if it works better for you.

The site makes money when people click on ads. Page views alone doesn't earn anything.
