The current rankings for dbz are ok but i've being think of some new rankings i hope you like them & if you like them engough we should see if they can be made offical

I think the additions are unnecessary and repetitive.

I don't know who "Hercule" is.

"Martial Arts Champion mouthful blah blah blah" is too long, and "Champion of Earth" is almost exactly the same as "Warrior of Earth".

Anyone who is a healer doesn't really have a place on the list.

Also, fan terms and non-canon references are kept off of the list, ousting a good number of your additions.

"Mystic Saiyan" isn't something that exists. The idea you're trying to get at, being Gohan after he had his latent power unlocked by the Rou Kaioshin, is represented by "Final Warrior", which is a closer translation of the official term as listed in the Daizenshuu.

Shenlong (or as you said "Eternal Dragon") is a character, not a title.

What is a "Super Artificial Human"?

Fused Warrior, unnecessary...

And the last three are just horribly redundant.

Btw, I wrote the current titles.

yep Hercule is also known as Mr.Satan

Mr. Satan is his only name. "Hercule" is not a name present in Dragonball Z.

Not in any episodes I watch.

Though, I hear that some English dubbing company changed some names for the edited English version, for whatever reason. Even the DVD's English Audio Track had Mr. Satan, though.
