Is it possible to close your User CP for the forum as in to delete it or erase it?

I'm not sure exactly what you mean, but I don't think so. There's no way to get rid of your User CP, since that's where you set your signature and profile, and where you get PMs.

Why would you want to get rid of it?

Purpose would to be quit the forum and erase all evidence of my accounts existence, ie. posts and etc.

Ah. Your account can be deleted. When that's done, your old posts are changed to having been written by "Guest". There is also a way to hide your old posts, but in order for that to work, your account can't be deleted. There's no way I know of off-hand to do both at the same time.

However, having said that, neither of those are things I normally do when people leave. Is there a particular reason why you would like to have your account handled specially?

No. I just wanted to know if its possible. I thought its strange that someone can't delete them self though I understand now.
