The way Google ads work is that they extract keywords from a page (or from just the URL if they can't access the page for permission reasons, etc), and use those keywords combined with how much advertisers are willing to pay to find the "best" ads to show.
The ads have nothing to do with what people are currently searching for on Google, or with what you've searched for in the past. Unfortunately, they provide very little control for publishers like MFG to filter the ads that show up, so there are bound to be occassional ones that don't fit with the rest of the site... |
