We're definately glad about that. We were hoping by moving that it'd spark interest in old Member's who left because of the crappy Environmentalist Skin we had with Community Server. The Blue Skin we got helped a little bit, but nothing like the move to vBulletin.

Traffic was down on Monday, but that's true for the main site as well. Weekends are always the busiest days. Even so, there were still almost twice the page views as before the move.

It's awesome to see so many people online. It becomes more lively and exciting. Great move.

I can kind of feel the activity wavering off, but like Ace said generally during the week the site traffic slows down altogether anyway. I'm sure over the next four days or it'll be quite active again with Thanksgiving break right around the corner.

I should think that Thanksgiving itself would be the cause of inactivity. People will be spending more time with their relatives and less on the computer. I know I will, mostly becuase my grandparents don't have internet. They have a kickin' 3.0Ghz Pentium IV, 1.0 Gb Ram, and 126Mb Video card Sony Vaio, though =). They use it for Word Processing.

Thanksgiving and Christmas times, people go away for holidays. It's to be expected, unless you're a serious MFG nerd. :p

It's still about twice as many people online compared to CS.

HO' SHIZ.

I've been on mfg for about a year, and I've never seen this kind of activity before.

This really is working well.

I think it will slowly get busier, not everyone has even gotten wind of the switch yet and the community is based on a broader topic in anime and manga.

We're glad you guys are liking the change. Inuyasha16, I haven't seen or talked to you in forever, it is great having you back. Hopefully this move keeps bringing people back one by one. I can only hope.

I avoided the initial boom, but hey - I got mentioned in this thread so I feel obligated to post.

People who look at my paper are naughty.

That is all.
