Oozaru and Ki

Can Oozaru's use ki attacks? It seems kind of strange for a norml, uncontrolled Oozaru to use Kamehameha, but there's nothing aginst it...also, Oozaru's fire mouth bems during the series, but there's nothing for that either...
So, Can Oozru's use ki techniques, snd if so, which ones?

Hmm...I don't believe there are regulations on Oozaru ki attacks - however, I shall check through to see if there is. If not, then it's possibly something that can be worked upon in the midst of changing and updating etc.

Perhaps the training could simply be ammended to include one or two "Oozaru" only attacks.
