Okay so after you learn the first one you getKaio ken x4 and the second is the king kais intense training right or you could learn the specai training to get kaio ken X5. on the final you can learn X6 unless you did the king kais intense training but you cant if you did the specail one so is there no way to get kaio-kenX6 if you did the specail one?

Well, you poorly explained it, but I know exactly what you're talking about.

Yeah, it says for Kaio-Ken x5 that you cannot do this training if you've done the special training. However, the special training IS the final training (I think), but you can't do that anyway until you've completed the intense training. It's not really a problem, but it is rather confusing.

But there's still nothing stopping you from doing the intense training and the final training. So go ahead. Knock yourself out. Do "King Kai's BURN YOUR SPIRITS TO THE MAX Training" and get Kaio-Ken x100.

wait, doesnt Goku go Kaioken x100 against Frieza? I think King Kai says it while Goku is getting beat up and after Yamcha says "Im sure goku got a plan" or something like that.

And also to answer your question, first you have King Kai's Training, After that Comes King Kai's Intense Training OR the option of King Kai's Special Training which not only provides Kaioken X5 but the Spirit Bomb Attack. Then you can freely go on to do King Kai's Final Training. You just cant include yourself in both Intense and Special trainings, you have to choose one or the other!

BI EDIT ~ Just a kind of backup to what Fury said. This is not the first time I've noticed this, either. Consider this your postal warning - higher levels of punishment will be dealt, if you continue to do this.
