Solar Flare

Description: This attack is one of the most useful in the series. The user puts the hands up to the face and shouts "TAYOKEN" or "SOLAR FLARE", this causes the sun's rays to be amplified and reflected into the opponent's eyes, thus blinding them. Can only be used 1 time per battle.

What does the '1 time per battle' mean in relation to Saga's? Can it only be used once? Or is the case that if a fight ends, and another begins, you could use it twice;once in each fight?

Once in a battle per month. (Lazlo has set this up for many things and has fixed a few of the same problems)
