Working overtime question?

Ok so this time in this RPG era I know we are now able to work over time on weekly jobs. So my question is if we work seven days a week when we only have to work four days a week then is that considered overtime?

Or if we use two or more stamina on that job on the same day is that considered overtime... or if we do both are they both considered overtime in the end?

As long as you use more stamina than required within the work period (Example: 1 week) that counts as overtime.
