Can WE start sagas?

Not sagas by creating our own characters just by wreaking havoc on the planet we're on or killing people...or stealing their money. (then you tell me how much money i've gained)

OR there could be poeple who wish they could start their own saga by inventing a character that is related to their character and they wish to start a mission.

If we can't do that...at least with permission from a MOD than i'm sorry to say that this RPG is not very realistic.

But its still good anwyay can we?

Well, if you present an idea and it's approved by 3/4 of the mods, then I really don't see why not. Of course, we'd keep people in line and give out boosts ourselves, and there would be a limit to prevent constant sagas, but other than that, I don't see why not.

I'll talk that over with the other mods.

Also, the RPG has other planets, aliens, and glowing people shooting balls of energy from their bodies, I think realisticness is already out the window. >_>
