Iv'e edite it and now i'm finally pleased with it.

2# Lighting

Hmmm. not being an expert on these things I rate it 3.5, since I don't think Piccolo and Gohan fits into it. Maybe Gohan during the siyan fight enraged would be better, and he should like melt in a little with the background.

Lol, Piccolo is half of my favorite characters. Piccolo and Bardock are my favorites. Bardock looks exactly like Goku, yet Goku doesn't come close to Bardock or Piccolo in my book.

Wow, that was pretty random of me, to get back on topic, I have to say the rain and lightning effect you gave it looks great seeing as you are the only member who has made a sig with lightning and rain as far as I can remember. So I'd give a 7.5/10, everything looks great I just think you can do 2.5 tenths better. Nothing as they say can ever be perfect.
