Complete Edit by Punxx: So here is the list of permanently banned users. The rule of thumb if you see someone banned is that if they're not on this list then it's probably a temp ban unless we just haven't gotten around to updating this list. I'll try to make weekly if not daily updates to this list as it changes. Please refrain from making topics about if users were permabanned or not and let us get around to editting this list. If the edit does not appear here after a day or two of the ban then you're welcome to PM either Goku or myself (Punxx) about it.

Speeding Catneko - Constant Trolling, Flaming and Racist Insults. May or may not have been KuroiKenshi. TwistedFaith - Flamed, Trolled, insulted mods and admins.
