Not really. I support gay rights because it is the right thing to do, especially as I get to align myself against bigots that are against homosexuals, and shooting their tired arguments down is fun.

I read Lesbian literature in order to know how to go down on girls better. There's always something we can learn.

I meant more along the lines of the word "marriage" and the idea of "marriage" not just the idea of a man and woman coming together. One important difference is many cultures do(or did w/e) endorse men having multiple wives. One notable culture being Old Testament Israelites(I think, even though I have spent the last year reading the bible I can't actually remember for sure)

I read somewhere that some guy turned gay because he was in the navy for ages.

I was referring to the Old Testament God, I have no opinion on the hip new god that Jesus talks about because I have not gotten that far thru the Bible.

Once again: Society. If there was a town where everyone was both gay and virgin, everyone had an opportunity to get married, and the moral standard was "don't molest children, don't have sex until you're married" and they didn't make sex their #1 focus in life...I'm sure there wouldn't be a SINGLE person in that town that suddenly grew up and decided he liked humping tricycles. He...APPARENTLY would have had bad esperiences growing up. And there'd be no STD's either.

(Yes, I realize the concept of an entirely homosexual society is ridiculous, but work with me here.)

I think its stupid for someone to deliberately misquote in a signature. Your suppost to use idiotic real quotes. Anyway, you can replace this whole virgin gay/straight town thing with "If you have a town with no STD's and they SHUN THE OUTSIDERS then they can have as much sex as they want and will be STD free"

Its a simplified version of the gay and straight virgin town arguments, as both of them rely on no STD infected people coming to the town, and thats about the only reason they wouldn't get STD's.
