I am being serious here. So many people have reported these kinds of things. They have many explainations for these things, but truely no answers. They have whole branches of jobs to investigate and have much evidence.

I being christian must put my values on the matter and say that they are nothing more than the demons themselves. They attack on those with little faith in god and try to draw them away from him with fear. It is one of the Devil's many ways to try and distract us. Those are my beliefs, please, this isn't a religion bashing thread.

I want to know what you think. What are your beliefs on this matter, do you belive in "life after death" or "gateways between dimensions"?

Look if someone told me and they honestly believe in what they were saying...then I would believe them. But I'm not sure if I could believe overall in hauntings and ghosts ect.
I think that thereare demons, but not like in films. I have never encountered anything like it and I don't want to, so I'd rather be blissfully unaware.
I advise against oouji board usage and I know people who don't believe in anything religious and still say as well "stay the fuck away from those things"
I do roam youtube looking at stuff and I don't try and debunk it all, but I don't beieve it. But some are enough to freak me out.

I think there are some sort of 'spirits' out there, evil stuff too ect, I'm just not sure if it's how we think they are. Ghost and goblins haunting us.

Given a yes or no with no in-betweens as an answer option- I'd say 'no'.
Then again I do kinda believe possessions can occur so I so suppose that that links with it in some way. I don't know tbh and I don't want to either...don't want to poo my pants.

If someone would ask me do I believe in ghosts, haunting ect., I'd say no. However, I've always been slightly intrested in this kind of stuff, but I can't say that I'd generally speaking believe in it.

To say "no, they don't exist" would be to feed into the human arrogance and foolishness that we all seem to harbor inside. Humanity is so arrogant that we have convinced ourselves that if our technology can't detect it, than it doesn't exist. This is the dumbest way of thinking because we all know that our technology isn't flawless.

I am spiritual, however, I do not follow an organized set of beliefs; and I've seen enough in this world to know that there are things in this world that we don't understand, and probably never will.

I do believe in spirits, or at least energies left behind by people and/or animals. However, I don't believe that certain animals represent evil. That's superstitous nonsense as far as I'm concerned.

I think demons are very real, and active. One time at my church [I wasn't there, but the cops were], a demon-possessed lady was flippin out and attacking the people there. And all the pastors, including others from different districts an sub-cities came to help. Actually, the police were there first before the all the pastors. When my pastor had arrived there from his home, the cops told him what was going on, and he told them that he would go in with four or five other pastors and deal with her, as in drive the demon out of her. As he started to make his way into the sanctuary, the cops told him that they were going in alone because they were afraid of her strength. They said the lady was supernaturally strong, and could easily deal with multiple men. The pastors went in and confronted her. They tried to ask her name, but the demon just cursed them out loud and attacked them. The pastors were being tossed about and they couldn't even hold her down securely enough to be safe. They asked all the people to get out. Then they exorcised the demon(s) out of her through the name of Christ. But that actually happened at my church here.

I had this friend whose house was "haunted". He would always hear sounds up and down the stairs. It got to the point to where he stood in front of the stairs to stop the noises and block whatever it was that was walking up the stair from going up. He then mysteriously was thrown from the top stair and into a wall. The dude broke his arm and cracked the wall. It was crazy.

It's called Ghost Hunters, and it's Sci-Fi's #1 rated show for the past year.

I watch it sometimes, and as opposed to other Ghost shows, it's actually not rubbish. The reason being that they even show cases where there's no evidence for hauntings at all. It's a different kind of ghost hunting show because they use their equipment to try and disprove hauntings, not the other way around. The cool thing about these guys is that they are extremely thorough with experiments when they feel, see or hear something weird. They do this just to see if whatever they saw, felt, or heard can be explained by wind, drafts, reflections, etc.

The guys that actually run the business that is on that show say that like 80% of investigations that they do turn out to be duds, and the "hauntings" in those investigations can be explained.

-Go to a grave-yard and/or filthy place like a sewer or junk-yard.
-Wait until just after sun-set.

Anyone ever used a Luigi board? I heard they are really bad things.

Anyway, true story back in the summer of 2006. My house or rather my grandmother’s house has had experiences of where things happen that we cannot explain; unless we blame spirits, ghosts, demons etc.

We’ve had our church elders meet to exercise a spirit that we believed inhabited the back spare room. On many occasions we’ve smelt smoke from that room, and heard noises when nobody has been in there; nobody smokes, our house isn’t attached to another. Anyway the Church guys come round; and there are no more strange happenings. By the way all the church in my house talking about Satan, and them wiping out demons is totally making me shit buckets, not literally!

A few days later after they have done there thing, I was in bed the room next the spare room and my head board started shaking, yes shaking like someone grabbed it and decided to shake the life out of it. There’s no one in my room, the lights are off and I’m now very afraid. I start praying then I go to sleep. Later that night I wake up scared and surrounded in buckets, of sweat my bed is super soaked and I didn’t wee the bed I checked in the morning! I climb into my mom’s bed and go to sleep. That same night I left my mobile phone on the side of the chest cabinet and it’s somehow on the floor.

A few days later I’m in bed and I wake up in the middle of the night; although I can’t move, I can’t speak and it feels like life is being drained away from me. This has happened to me about five times; the first I tried to move so badly and was shouting but there was no noise, and no movement. Until I just said the Lord is my Shepherd prayer and Lords Prayer then I could get up. That happened five times and sometimes when I could move again I was out of breathe and was so so scared I stared crying, started prayer. Man I think if I didn’t start saying the Lords Prayer it would have been the death of me. The last time it happened I put up a crucifixion cross facing my door and if I recall correctly it didn’t happen again.

Man I believe.
