Very tragic...over 22,000 people have now been confirmed dead and 41,000 were still missing.

Yeah, rebuilding homes for a hundred thousand people should only take the Burmese government a few weeks. Hang in there, guys.

So the total has been raised to 22,000 and we as Americans still aren't hearing about it.

No, they are. I believe it's going to be broadcasted later today, seeing as My MSN page informed me about it this morning.

Still, whether or not MSN.com or Yahoo.com are covering the story or not, doesn't matter. Most American don't get their news from the internet. This should be on CNN and Fox News right now. I'm actually going to watch both later.

It's too late now, America, those 22,000 are dead and are not coming back, but it's cool with you, right?

If it's not, we'll do what we always do. Talk to people we know that go to community college, give them signs, and tell them what to say.

Well, I saw it on the news this morning. The death toll was still at 10,000 back then, though.

Oh well. It's a start.

Shiro, being that the UK is a hell of a lot closer, don't you think they should take some responsibility in this as well, if not more?

Empathy, plenty of Americans get their news from the internet, besides, like I've already said, the news reports what they find important. Now look at the results and draw a conclusion. (Hmm, important things would be reported, Empathy says its not reported, so, what does that mean?)
