This is a topic I take really seriously. Being a proud Puerto Rican, I feel furious whenever I'm pasted with some "gangsta" reputation because of the way I dress, the way I talk, and stupid rap songs like "We Fly High" and "Money In The Bank" (not saying rap music is all bad). So I have written this post to clear up any information you would have on gangs. I would first like to clear up that I myself am not in a gang for those of you wondering. But utilizing a lot of research, I have inferred some facts on gangs and gang influence. Gang influences can be any of the following going from most influental to least influental.

1. Gang members influencing people to join, mentioning only the perks and not mentioning the bad things.

2. No other way to get money due to middle-class white America buisnesses not accepting black people and shunning them to the ghetto. (I'm not saying that all you whites here in MFG are racist by the way.)

3. Rap music making people think gang life is cool and wealthy.

However in reality the only two things that actually come out of joining a gang are...

1. Jail

2. Death

I wish I could post more but right now I have presented only general information about gang life and have neglected to expand upon...

Yeah, gangsters are trash. They're violent thugs with chips on their shoulders, they're cowards, they usually can't fight worth a damn and rely on numbers, and they're generally unpleasant to be around. I hate gangsters, I hate gangs, and I hate their attitude. I don't give a damn if I'm pissing any gangsters off. I hope so.
Funnily enough, I just went out and cleared up a dispute not ten minutes ago. I can't say for sure if they were gangsters (though they certainly were dressed like 'em), but some dudes got into a scrap and it broke into a swearing fist fight. Well, some chick jumps in and starts cussing at one guy and then he goes after her. I got there some thirty seconds ago and as soon as I see the guy go towards the woman I yell as loud, deep, and mean as I can "SHUT THE FUCK UP!!!!!!!!!!". It's hilarious how fast they scattered. They were like, freakin' adults, too. You know you're a pathetic asshole loser when you get scared off by some sixteen-year-old punk-ass brat.
I hope they get pissed and come back with friends to try to kick my ass. Then I can play the innocent young victim and let my six-and-a-half foot, 200-somethin' pound, blackbelt-in-karate dad beat the living shit out o' their five-foot-nothin', 100-somethin' pound asses.
I have no respect for gangs or anyone in them. And they don't deserve respect. =/

Cheap, BS excuses. Wrong is wrong. As human beings, we're capable of rational thought. There's right and wrong, and it is well within our capability to differentiate between the two.
Life's a bitch and then you die. We all have our crosses to bear. There've gotta be millions, maybe BILLIONS in the world, countless in history overall, who've had it worse than any gangster and moved on to become functioning members of a society.

Half the time Ghettos are made dangerous by gangs. So they are just worsening the condition for future generations.

I just wanted to add that I wasn't trying to offend Asians with the whole internment camp thing. I would've used the ghettos jews were put in before the death camp thing, but that didn't happen in dear ol' America. So my sarcasm would not have made as much sense. =/

You do realize there is a policy called Affirmative Action which is basically a law that means if an employer gets two different applications, one from a white man and one from a black man, that if his number of employees are mostly white, he has to hire the black guy no matter how much more qualified the other guy is. That's the general idea behind it because they want more minorities to be hired. So your statement was not only a huge generalization but a wrong one at that.

I live in Northwest Ohio, the neighborhood is full of Ghetto negroes sitting on their front porches. They blast their music while yelling at each other until 3 a.m; and I'm sitting there in my card-board box smashing on some fritos while shaking my head. Every once in a while, wannabe G's and wiggers "duke-it-out" at bus stops and have freestyles in front of carry-outs. Drunks casually scan the ground for quarters like vultures and head to the corner store at least 5 times a day (God know how they can afford it). Is that a vivid enough description for you...?

Gangs suck, there's absoloutely no excuse to join a gang. It sucks, and more than anything Fucked up. And you can thank this damn younger generation of ours for kicking it up 6 notches. Before, before being years back, you'd see some homeless people, a few beer bottles, that's all, perhaps more than that, I wasn't born in the 1970s, but you get the point. Now you can't walk 2 miles without seeing a bunch of Whites,blacks, hispanics, japs, anyone, gathering around using dope, and just causing hell. It's pathetic.
