Animation's a tad blurry, but the lightning effects are okay. SS2 Gohan is easily one of the best forms, at least in DBZ, ever.

It's the Dragon Slayer, from the series Berserk. More on Berserk here in the wiki entry. I'm starting to get sick and tired of everyone being completely oblivious to the series, and worse, grading my avatar/signature stridently for said reason.

that being said, 6.3/10. Not really in avatar size, and too plain. It was..too plain to be called an avatar. Wide, compendiary, heavy(didn't change that line, lol), and far too generic. Indeed, it was more like a crappy stock. lol.
