I got an idea: when a temporary ban is made or someone not important we post it into one thread And only members who are Important if there banned get a topic.

That won't work...
According to you: -When popular per say important members get banned they have their own special ban thread. So when not very popular per say not important members get banned they have their own banned thread. -Then this will happen: members start putting important members in the not important members who to some are important members to spite them and visa versa! I don't like it all members are important, all of them. Although I'm not saying that some members aren't very smart when it comes to posting, but that’s another thing completely. -Pointless....
