Puar's 'True Power'

Well, behold the 'True Power' of one of the most underrated characters in all of DBZ, PUAR!!

Now then, as we all know Puar is both able to fly and able to shapeshift. I don't know if its stated, but the shapeshifting is probably like Oolongs in the fact that it doesn't increase strength. However, as Oolong showed when he turned into a rocket, it is in fact able to increase speed.

Which means, that Puar could shapeshift into SSJ Vegito and then go whale on most of the DBZ universe, landing 800,000 punches per second which would eventually wear down anyone weaker than Frieza, and possibly the Androids as well.

Failing that, Puar could take some poison/weapons grade plutonium and using her(?) amazing speed put it into the mouths of her opponents, before running off and leaving them to die.

Another way to do battle, is for Puar to run around in circles at 10x the speed of light(if that Raditz saga quote is canon...) causing a tornado that sucks all the air out of a location, causing the opponent to suffocate. Failing that, Puar could cover the targets mouth and nosewith her body, then dodge at super speed whenever they punched, meaning they would hit themselves and Puar would quickly go back to covering the face.

So with this information in mind, I declare that Puar could ass rape almost anyone in DBZ. Definitely Namek and Ginyu saga characters, and probably anyone up to Android #17(excluding characters who are immune to poison and don't need to breath)

A power level of around 20 was able to catch up...oh yeah that's real fast.
