Then explain why a regular tri-beam (assuming that's what Tien used on Nappa) killed Tien, while spamming about 10 neo tri-beams 10,000x stronger than himself didn't? If anything, the tri-beam Tien used on Nappa would be even greater than 10,000x his power.

Ok fine, I have a fool proof explanation.

Vegeta's Final Flash(which was around a power level of 40k) completely blew off Recoome's Saiyan armor. Tien's tribeam could not blow off Nappa's saiyan armor. Obviously it weaker than 40,000, which means that Nappa is much weaker than you believe.
