The continents are labeled more in convention than rather by any criteria (wow, Wiki quoting lol). I don't see why Korea should be a country when it's smaller than Russia.

Actually, the history behind the seperation of Europe and Asia is something of an enigma. Some geographers prefer the idea of "Eurasia", mainly due to the large size of Asia.

And whose influence have we been under? Do you have evidence for this statement?
