No, mods can't have another color for username. 1 - because it would a tad confusing for new members and 2 - because it would just be too much work for a monthly prize. It's not as simple as doing it person by person I actually have to make a new usergroup for them entirely so doing that for mods is just a bit too much. I've given him a custom user title though and some rep to offset the non-colored username.
