The only solution is to show them how badly you're traumatized by this.

Tie some cheesewire to the top of a building and tie the other end around your neck. Then super glue your hands to your head and jump off. The cheesewire will cut your head off but it will stay in your hands. Then when they see your body they will think you ripped your own head off.

Scorpion from mortal kombat rips people's heads off as his finisher. But in order for that note to work you would have to keep your hands NOT super glued to your head. Make your horrible parents suffer for years looking for the killer.
