Like stabbing it in the side and then just letting it bleed to death. Every once in a while a troll will come along and pour some salt in the wound while tearing at it with it's fingernails.

Huh? I don't think dentists will pull it until (if it does) cause problems with your teeth. In my case, the tooth was going to cause teeth to fuck up their alignment.
