Quality over quantity when it comes to activity, and length of time here isn't as big a factor as you guys might think it is. I've gotten fairly new mods like Majuub and Broly and on the other hand I have vets like Amero and Island. I choose mods based on the section that needs it and find the right fit for the section so it doesn't matter if the most active person or best person is Hal for example in the Gas Chamber, if I need an RPG mod I won't pick him.

Where did you guys get the impression Masked_Felix is next up?

I don't necessarily have a full on list but when sections require it I have no problems picking who I think is best. For example I know who I'd pick today if I needed a Gaming mod ... not that I'll tell, or that I need one, just an example.
