Hard to tell from one post.

If it's someone not very clever... then chances are, that if they are a fake Mark that idolizes the real Mark, they forgot to conceal their IP.

If, however, this is the real Mark, he wouldn't immediately act like this. Which leads me to believe there is a 5% chance this is the real Mark.

Whoever this is, wants us to believe it is Mark, so it's someone who loves trolling.
