Alone in the Dark

I was looking for other Wii titles to look forward to, and one was Alone in the Dark.

While the reviews label it as sucking without relent, the music is really, really cool.

This game is obviously about being alone in the dark.

So why not simulate the game by locking yourself in a closet without turning the lights on? The same thing achieved, and money saved.

I'm contemplating picking this up for the 360. It's has some new ideas, or well old ideas shinied up. You can skip any levels too (without a cheat), I wonder if this is not a bit too tempting a design to leave in a game.

I doubt I'll buy the game, since it's supposed to be horrible for the Wii. Maybe a rent.

I was talking more about the soundtrack.

But seriously, the new Alone in the Dark looks awesome. The inventory system looks amazing, and I'm actually considering getting it.

I heard the game has an annoying habit of switching from 1st person to 3rd person in combat scenes.
