The mosh pits I get into don't involve shoving or bumping.

I go to metalcore and hardcore shows were we don't throw hands. We throw fists and kicks. Spin kicks, 360 hammer fists, elbows, knees, donkey kicks, rabbit punches and we have been known to use Bill Goldberg's special move "the spear!"

Everyone leaves bloody, broken and bruised. If you leave with just one "B" then you are a pussy. My friends are sick in the head. It always ends up in a brawl.

Grinding is rubbing ass and crotch. There is no way you're going to do that if you're in a real mosh pit, smart guy. This video is mostly accurate, though I don't see too many gaps large enough for people to be doing spinkicks and backflips and shit.
