Anyway in this respect, I might as well add Canadian, Australian, Kiwi, Jamacian etc.

lol too true.

The language is "English" as far as I'm concerned. Americans speak "American-English" - simply a dialect. Nothing more.

Quoted for truth.

Dialects are very different to languages. Also in this respect I should probably add Hiberno English, Chinglish, Scots English, Wenglish, Estuary English, Standard English, Black British English, Indian English etc too. As well as Canadian English, Kiwi English, Australian English and Jamacian English as before.

And who can forget, good old Engrish.

French is a nice language. I took Spanish, hated it; took French, enjoy it, for the most part. The languages I wish to learn are French (get fluent), Latin, and Portuguese.

Yes, I know. I was presenting an inside joke that had to do with double meanings. Lisa got it.

I took Spanish for a year in high school. Although I want to learn Japanese more, most jobs want you to know English/Spanish because of the huge influx of Spanish speaking people. I mean it seems like no one in the states actually speaks French/German/or other languages. =/

I'd rather learn something that would benefit me and something that I could use. As to further develop my fluency of the language and not simply forget it after studying it for a while. Would do me wonders to master Japanese/Spanish or German but that's a lot of work and I'd rather take classes to learn it. But the more you know, the more you grow!

There was nothing to get, and even if there was, Lisa definitely wouldn't catch it. Her head is to humor as my dick is to butter churning.

Try as we might, we'll never quite get it.

Actually, there are lots of French-speaking people in Louisiana. Though they're usually in those parts where you have to row a canoe out to them and they're typically cannibals.

Is 'butter churning' some kind of innuendo nickname?

As for the rest, it most certainly can be. It's just not the kind of 'humor' (If my post could be called that) you display. It's not a quick and witty stinger, or an elaborate sentence chocked full of intellectual puns. Just a 'yeah, right' type thing. German is not a Romantic language because it's not Latin based. On the flip side, German is not a romantic Language because it is stereotypically guttural and harsh. Cheesy, lame, and stale, but once it's been said, it's been said.

Chinese and Japanese are spoke differantly, but the japanse use loads of chinese characters. Obviously, the japanese have some of their own characters as well though. I'm takin' chinese now and considerin' my teacher knows lods of languages, he already told us this.
