Broly with the fanboy powerup should take this. They'll claim that since Super Saiyan 4 Gogeta never "destroyed a galaxy", he couldn't. But the almighty Broly did, in a bad English dub error.

Broly was also "stated" to destroy a whole planet if he went LSSJ, which he actually didn't. He was also "stated" to dominate "SSJ2" Adult Gohan.

You forgot to mention that Broly with the fanboy power up will grow massively stronger every second forever (even though it was never officialy stated AT ANY TIME because the remark was referring to Broly's chi not PL. And anyway the chi overflowed and Broly had to realise it out), more and more, until Chuck Norris, Ssj4 Gogeta at MAX POWER, Ssj5 Goku with the power of the ~~plotdevice~~ Spirit Bomb and Itachi become his minions.

So true. In the end it would require the use of the Dragonballs to wish the Super Emeralds to the DBZ dimension, have Goku and Vegeta use them to get Hyper forms, and use the potara to make Hyper Vegetto, and destroy the universe in some way possible.
