Well, Mark Acosta was fairly recent. I think the "#1 fan's" were (and might still be) active for a while. As for Kenshi and Speeding Catneko, he could have wondered into some old threads (or seen all the Kenshi hate-threads and decided to search up a few posts)

Fuck yeah, complaints about realism in a game that will automatically land you right at the entrance of a hospital whenever you die regardless of how you die and the ability of a player getting knocked off of his bike and slamming into the ground hundreds of feet away and getting up relatively unscathed and the ability to beat pretty much anyone in a hand-to-hand fight and the ability to hold unruly amounts of money inside of a jacket.
