Hal doth speak the truth on this one. The only advice I will give is the same as above, speak to your friend while sober and really talk the issue through. I will ask 2 questions though. Don't answer them publicly, they are more for you to go away and think about.

How would you feel if you were dating this girl and found out that she got drunk again and was kissing around (or worse)?

Understand that if things get emotional, you may be put in a position where you choose between the girl and your best friend. Are you strong enough to make that choice and what would the answer be?

As for you, Hal, I don't understand how you can't respect the truth. Personally, I'm somewhat shy while sober, but when I take down a few beers, then I get more social and am more likely to kiss someone, like she did. She is the same, I think. I can assure you that she wouldn't have kissed all 4 of us sober.
