I respect some vegetarian's choice.... the way they goes through the intricate process of screening they meal they firmness in denying meat the green light, and creativity in preparing dishes that actually appear and taste like meat.

That's A-one discipine, conviction, splendid imagination and artistry.

Altogether admirable because what seems to be natural and effortless to a vegetarian is a feat and major toil to me.

However, I find it sensationally overblown and utterly self-righteous when some groups generally dub meat eaters as "sadistic", "cruel" and "murderers", making us selfish, ravenous, heartless beings.

Not to mention the guilt they try to embed in us for buying all those bags, belts and shoes.

I still go for a balanced diet and rely on the good old inverted pyramid.

I will always be grateful nature has put me on the top of the food chain.

Keeping that in mind reminds me that I am special.

Yeah, health issuewise we should reduce meat intake.

Quit being a jackass. Eating fish will not raise your IQ. Fish helping develop a sharp mind and fish increasing your intelligence are two different things. The latter being impossible.

It's not like you eat a fish and gain the knowledge of how to do something. And if meat makes you unable to concentrate (which I don't believe) I would say that is a medical issue. Your moms the doctor, ask her.

Healthy eating may make it easier to learn, for example, or may make your brain work faster (aka sharper mind) but you will not gain new information in your brain from eating anything. End of discussion.
